Ballpark figures for this work on our house

We have a separate thread detailing problems with our new build, the build company only this week saying they don't think it is their responsibility and TBC whether home insurance or any other party will cover it. With this in mind, could anyone even give us ballpark quotes in terms of how much it might cost to do all of the following, what should we reasonably expect if it all goes very badly and we have to pay:

Take up laminate flooring throughout our downstairs to let water underneath dry out, then put new laminate in
Take off skirtings & replace
Take off an indoor door frame & replace
Take off & replace the end panel on a fitted kitchen

This is for a relatively small space - the downstairs is a kitchen/diner, hall & toilet.

TIA.

You could take up the laminate flooring yourself, it's easy to do, then arrange for new flooring and the joinery work when it has dried out. The laminate flooring is hard to say without knowing what you would choose and how many square meters you'll need.

I reckon that the cost of the other joinery work will be about a grand, PLUS whatever the new laminate flooring costs (obviously that can vary depending on what you choose).

What are they doing to prevent everything getting wet again?

Are you supplying the new flooring? Is it just a labour price on fitting?

Thank you.

The cause of water damage has already been stopped.

Yes we would need supply of laminate flooring.
