Tips on how to sell house

Hello, we are looking to sell and have only had 1 viewing. Price wise the house is slightly less than comparable 3 beds, but fully appreciate the house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it!

Would appreciate some tips on how I can improve the Rightmove listing so at least we can try and attract some viewers!

I would buy it -great layout and good price for Cornwall. Can you say what a great place Newquay is eg surfing etc and perhaps add a colourful surfboard or a picture of the sea somewhere. You can ask estate agent to have it as a focus in your local paper.
