I hope someone can help me!
Purchasing this house with a retaining wall problem we’ll it’s been fixed but it’s still leaning slightly, we’ve had a level 2 rics survey done and the surveyor said it looks ok at the moment but to keep an eye on it and has asked us to have the documents of the work done by the SE sent over to us which they have an is under a 10 year warranty.. I have messaged the structural engin company about this to see if it’s really valid.
My question is would it be ok to have new fences and fence posts installed, I know they need to some digging for this and I’m hoping it won’t infer with the anchors in the wall…

It looks as if the fence posts are concrete posts. If they are why would you change them?

Change the fence but keep the existing posts so no danger of damage to the wall.

@OldJohn I thought maybe the old posts aren’t straight that’s why the fence is leaning? also I want the fence slightly higher as there is some lack of privacy so I though new posts might be necessary

That is fair enough. It was hard to tell from the photo.
