Advice on radiator (picture)

We are in a new house and changing the radiator in the attic room. It is a big space, 25sq m. Well insulated, well reasonably. Good draft proof windows. The room needs a good radiator on one side, plumbing is only accessible in that spot.

The problem is that the pipes are under the window with a beautiful garden view and I always love to have a desk next to the window. So I'm conscious that if we put a radiotor there we are going to miss the view and not enjoy it.

Are there any radiators out there that are super compact and yet powerful? Not being ugly will also be a bonus. And we could put it as much to the left as possible and save the window space?
What would you do?

You need to work out the cubic meter space not just on the floor area . There are calculators online to do this . That will tell you the right size you need.

You could put 2 smaller radiators on each side of the window. Or move it completely to another wall if you dont want it under the window. Would mean a bit of pipework moved but not a huge job.

Maybe the solution would be to have a wall mounted electric radiator instead.

Pros :

If you are using that room as WFH, you can use it to heat that room only and not heat the whole house.

You can get more power in a smaller format.

Easy to move/replace.

Will cost a lot less to fit.

Cons :

Electricity is more expensive to run, but if the room is well insulated you might not need much heat anyway.

You say plumbing is only accessible in that spot, but it is not normally a huge job to extend pipes.

Get a plumber to move the pipework and have the rad wherever you want it. Worth the cost and effort, sometimes making a compromise isn't worth it.
