Do I have to remind landlord of my details?

I received a letter from my landlord earlier this year proposing:
£100 rent increase from this September, then
£100 increase in March 2025, then
£100 increase from September 2025.

The letter said a new tenancy agreement would be issued for each of these three periods. My surname and the rent date are incorrect on this letter. I received nothing further so have paid normal rent for September.

Landlord has messaged asking if the missing £100 is an oversight and I have replied saying I was expecting a new tenancy agreement and hadn't received one hence paying current rent. They have now replied saying they are going to issue one this week and can I confirm my name is 'wrong name' and that it was just me on the original agreement (it wasn't).

Any advice on how to proceed from here?

The rises every six months didn't seem legit to me and I was expecting the 'new tenancy agreement' would actually be a S13 and would thus lock in the £800 rent for a year and then I would have just paid it even if the details were wrong and tried to move before Sept 2025.

I don't want to give my details again in case that enables a correctly served S21 when a further £100 from March 2025 isnt forthcoming. (A S21 wouldn't be a disaster as I need to crack on and buy somewhere but would like to remain in the position where I can stall one for a bit if needed.)

I have been in the property a long time and I think landlord has lost original contract.

Hope that all makes sense! Any advice gratefully received.
