Declaring issues on Property TA6 Form

In the current process of selling our property which has some mild stepped brickwork cracks to the outside of the property which we have addressed on the TA6 form - which our buyers and their solicitors haven't flagged or asked any questions about what so ever. The buyers instructed a home buyers survey and the surveyor didn't even notice the cracks or even asked if we had any issues with the property as we would have divulged if asked. Have we covered our backs legally addressing this on the TA6 form so nothing comes back to us in the future after completion?

I think you maybhave posted this before. If it is on the TA6 form and they, their solicitor and their surveyor haven't followed it up, that is their problem.

Most people wouldn’t bother so I think you have more than covered yourself.

I'm not sure the opinions will differ. You have done the right thing. If they miss it and complain, you have proof you have done the right thing.

Thank you 🙂

It’s better to be safe than sorry. If you are worried about what you should or should not put on a TA6 or TA10, your conveyancer should also be able to guide you.
