House pictures on Friday, any tips?

Apart from being minimalistic, fresh flowers on the table, beds neat, anything else?

Please don’t dress the dining table with placemats, crockery, cutlery etc and topped off with napkins folded in the shape of a fan.

I prefer photos without all the lights on as they make me think the room is dark. But when showing people, make sure the lights are in to add a warm glow... yeah, u know, it makes no sense.

Don't be afraid of a bit of colour, if your house is bland in a sea of bland, people soon forget it.

If you don't want to buy nice flowers, there are plenty to pick. Even daisies and grasses from the local footpath will look nice.

Make sure the front is really appealing. People will walk/drive by.
