Replacing a 'lean to'

I've got a lean to on the back of the kitchen of my 1960s bungalow. The previous occupants had lived there since it was built and I bought it in 2018. Pretty sure they built it themselves. It's a concrete floor, wood up to about 1m then glass with wood frames for the rest of nit. Roof is glass with plastic sheeting over the top (added by my dad to waterproof it last year..).

It's a really handy space and I've got a freezer, tumble dryer, plus all the recycling tubs and dog food etc out there.

I need a new kitchen (mine is 30+ years old and falling apart) and I want to extend the kitchen to cover the footprint of the lean to but also about a metre wider to square it off. I've done a diagram - dashes are current footprint and red is proposed.

It'd be well within permitted development just for the extension but as I'm replacing the existing structure I assume that's ok?

Does anyone have an idea of how much I could expect to pay for this? New structure would be 3.3m wide and 1.4m deep. Obviously I don't know how good the footings are and I cant imagine they will be what's needed. Also need to bring the floor up as currently step down from the kitchen.

I could reuse the existing window and back door if needed as there's nothing wrong with either.

I'm here alone with my teen son so not got ££. However I can access some pension funds next year so it's finally becoming a possibility to get it done.

Any thoughts on cost please? As I don't know whether it'll be 10k or 100k. I do have a builder coming to have a look next week. Thank you.
