How to keep french doors open?

Hi we have recently changed our patio doors for white french doors, but I dont know how to hold them open without them banging into the wall. Currently using a couple of plant pots to hold them in place but I would like to buy something that is durable and effective - what have you all used to do this?

Due to the siting of the doors, one of them is going to be open at a 90 degree angle and will fix to a wooden fence, I was thinking to get a white cabin hook, approx 30cm, to attach to the fence, that can be hooked to that door.

The other side is more ticky as the door doesnt open flush (well it would but then the hinges would be scratched on brickwork. Whatever I buy woudl need to be about 50cm if I fix it to the end of the door or about 8/10cm if I fix it nearer the hinge side of the door.

I cannot for the life of me work out what the best thing to get is, so hopeing someone has already worked it out.

Thanks in advance

Wooden plant pot, largish, with hook screwed on firmly is what my friend has each side for her doors.

You can buy magnets. That’s what we have. Little circle magnets at the top outside corner - a magnet for the door and a magnet for the wall.

We have hooks either side of our French doors on the outside walls so can hold them open in a fixed position.

I use 'stoppy' door stops. You can wedge them in the side gap and they stop the doors closing. They are great on all doors, we have a few around the house to stop doors slamming when we open the windows and doors. They sell them on Amazon.

We have a door stay, like the one pictured above, on our garage door to stop it banging into the greenhouse. Works well.

thnaks for the door stay idea, and for the photo @TwoLeftSocksWithHoles and @ApolloandDaphne , these look good. I can see how they will stop the door from banging into the wall, but do they also stop the door from lowing closed in the wind?
Many thanks

Yes it does stop it against the wind to some degree. There is a sort of 'notch' that I can feel when it is open which provides some resistance but it really depends on how strong the wind is!
