What am I doing wrong with my dishwasher?!

I moved into a new build house in march that came with a fully integrated kitchen. It has a Zanussi slimline integrated dishwasher and about a week after I moved in it did the 2 beeps error code and wouldn’t drain. I had a plumber out who checked the pipes and said they seemed fine but vacuumed them out anyway to be safe and it was working okay again, it did the same again the month after but started working again after putting a dishwasher cleaner through. Last week it broke again and was beeping 3 times which apparently means the anti flood device has been triggered.

I used the dishwasher in my last place without issues for 10 years so I know how to use a dishwasher. I always scrape the plates down and give them a quick rinse before putting them in the dishwasher, rinse aid etc… is added and I regularly clean the filters so I can’t understand why the dishwasher keeps breaking

I’ve had a plumber out to check installation- all good there. I’ve also had 3 warranty calls out from Electrolux who have said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the appliance

I’m starting to feel like i’m going a bit mad so if anyone has any ideas I’m all ears!

Have you checked the outside drain? I had an issue with water in the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle and water in the base. It turns out there was a blockage of leaves and gunge in the outside drain, which a plumber cleared for me.

There is no need to use expensive dishwasher salt and rinse aid! That's official. "Your dishwasher should work effectively even if the rinse aid and salt warning light comes on", states the packet of Fairy Platinum Plus made by Procter and Gamble. You only need to use salt if you have extremely hard water above 26 degrees e. That's fewer than one in 20 households. Our water in South London is well below that. Check your postcode with the website of your water company.
