Gurgling pipes - plumbing question!

Over the past 8-9 months we've had a new kitchen and new bathroom. I've noticed that our pipes have started gurgling a lot in the last few weeks. For example, turn off tap in bathroom basin... gurgling sounds come from shower plughole. Dishwasher/washing machine doing their thing... gurgling sounds in kitchen sink. Google tells me this could be trapped air in the pipes or possible drain issue and suggests having it looked at. My question is whether this is likely to be an expensive fix. My finances are well and truly drained after the work I've had done... Has anyone had a similar problem and could tell me what £££ it cost to resolve?
Many thanks :)

Hi OP, I'm having similar issues and had originally thought it was connected to a recent boiler service. I had them come round again to check, but there's no air in the heating system, it's definitely the water pipes. The only other issue that's obvious in our situation is a dripping tap in the bathroom basin. We're getting it fixed over the weekend hopefully, and we'll see if that helps.

I thought it was air in the pipes, and went to the trouble of draining the system of water after turning off the stopcock, opening all the taps, etc. But it didn't make any difference. The sound is getting worse - like a foghorn going off in the pipes! So I'm hoping the tap fix will help.

If you have air trapped in your pipes, draining the system might help you?

I will give that a go, thanks, although not very confident with DIY. x
