Would you buy a house next to a small electricity sub station

As per the question in the title.

Absolutely adore the house, 10/10 location, but it has a small sub station right next to the back garden. I have a one year old, and would of course get an EMF survey done to check the health risks but just wondering if it’s something others would even consider?

Ooooo that does make things a bit different! If you did buy it, would it be easy to absorb it into the house boundaries - just removing a fence? And would that give you potentially rear vehicle access? If so, would you have get a right of way over any other lane between the defunct sun station and a main road?
The reason I ask is that in order to gain access to our garage, we have to pay rent to the electric board for a right of access to the road gate which stands between us and the main road. Which is ok, but a faff, and of course could potentially be sold if and our access denied in the future.
