We recently moved into a new build and at the moment it doesn’t feel like home as it’s so different from where we last lived. Any tips to make it feel more cosy/homely?! Thank you.

Our new house felt more like home when I put up pictures, clocks, ornaments etc. The bare walls were a big factor

Plants, books, cushions, stuff on the walls that isn't just from a big store so bland and meaningless. Rugs, non matching furniture, well curated personal collections.

Have you put up all your pictures etc?

TBH I'd live with it a while then start decorating with the room that annoys you most, that way you'll work out as you live there what you need in each room. Don't rush into decorating, you'll just make decisions you'll regret. Enjoy the process.

We moved into our new home (also a newbuild) a couple of years ago and brought very little in the way of furniture from our old house. Due to how we wanted to arrange the rooms (and because we could afford it) I would say 90% of the furniture and all of the window coverings & rugs were brand new so very little that was "familier".
What made it home to us is that firstly we loved the layout (it is exactly what we would have asked for if it was a bespoke build) so we already felt it "working" for us and that we have lots of pictures, ornaments, books etc that line the walls.
Also we have favourite plants & ornaments in the garden, some plants we brought with us but others (too big or established to move) we bought again and seeing them established here immediately reminds us of what we loved in our old garden.
