What would you prefer? En-suite situation

My house is a converted barn with what some may consider an unusual lay out. The ground floor has the entrance hallway and it leads straight into 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, with the upstairs being the living space. I’m wanting to update the layout to give more privacy, as at the moment you could be coming out of the bathroom in just a towel and if the front door is open then you’ll be on view to whomever is there!
My idea would be to put a doorway in from the hall to the bedroom area, and change the layout from 3 bedrooms and a bathroom to 3 en-suite bedrooms.
But as much as I’d like it, I need to consider possible ‘sell ability’ in the future.
What would you look for in a property? Are en-suite’s deal breakers?

I am a huge fan if ensuites. We have 4 beds and 4 ensuites plus a downstairs loo. We shut the door when one if us needs to poo. Good internal doors solve that problem.

@Mangolover123 Plus a very good room spray and and a good fan! But you need these in any bathroom.

For three bedrooms I would prefer two bathrooms. Three bathrooms is unnecessary and would be too much expense and too much cleaning! Plan C with the Jack and Jill arrangement or just a door from the corridor would work for me so neither of them are en suite. The cheaper option is just to put the door where @woahboy suggests on Plan A instead of building a new wall.

More interesting suggestions, thank you.
to explain my thoughts in plan b and c, the stairs need replacing anyway as they’re knackered and incredibly ugly, and with the current bathroom being too small for my liking, building a wall would make the hallway much better with less wasted space and create a really nice spot for some doors for privacy.
I do like the idea of one en-suite and a main bathroom, but actually I’ve just realised there’s a supporting wall right where the door would go to the new bathroom 🤦🏼‍♀️
I think if the general consensus is that it’s totally fine to have a good sized bathroom for the 3 downstairs bedrooms, I’ll go with plan B it’ll give me a solution to what I’m looking to solve and will be the most cost effective (hopefully)
thanks all xx
