Selling property - issue with appliance just before exchange

One of the kitchen appliances I’ve listed as included with the sale in the fittings forms has a new “issue”. It’s still functional, although arguably not fully functional (being a bit cryptic I know!).

I can’t decide how best to proceed - should I try and get it fixed before completion (imminent), do I contact the estate agent and explain the issue and ask if they’d like it resolved or if they’re happy as it is, or do I do nothing? The latter being on the basis it does still mostly work, and I’m not actually sure anywhere on the form does it state it’s working (but I’m sure people assume when an appliance is included it works!).

If I had lots of time I’d get it fixed but I don’t want to delay the sale!

I wouldn't do anything tbh as long as it's still functional - it's only an appliance so they can get it fixed once they move in. I wouldn't want to do anything to potentially jeopardise the sale.

Complete. Complete. Complete.

Then tell them the issue has only just arisen, and you will reimburse them or repair or replacement.

Do nothing, say nothing and just get it fixed before completion if you can or offer cash for the repair once you've completed
