Help me with deep bathroom storage cupboard

I have a cupboard in my bathroom that's 1 metre deep which is making it very hard to use the space efficiently. The overall bathroom is very small so using the space well is quite important.

Ideally I think I'd like to use it for storage of extra products, toilet rolls (I buy in bulk from who gives a crap) and towels but I'm open to suggestions.

Actually measurements are 100cm deep, 45cm wide and 135cm tall with a shelf at 55cm. Photos attached.

Links or pictures extra appreciated to help me visualise how to organise it

can you put in drawers which are much better for getting at things in the back? a joiner should be able to build them for you.

Definitely put another shelf above the first to store stuff you dont use often. You would probably need something to stand on to access it - but would give a fair bit of storage

The toilet is right underneath the cupboard so could put the lid down and stand on that

It needs to be DIY / not fixed in unfortunately

Long boxes or trays that you could.pull out would help. You could even make some out of cardboard if you can't find any the right size.

I think this might end up being the solution, at least for now. We didn't move that long ago so still have quite a bit of cardboard hanging around to play with

Something like this perhaps? https://www.amazon.co.uk/ELUCHANG-Organiser-Waterproof-Multi-Purpose-Bathroom/dp/B0C3LRS3FK/ref=ascdff_B0C3LRS3FK/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=663686497609&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6296561229958737023&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9044969&hvtargid=pla-2196371034415&psc=1&mcid=65c194fd02793c0d9f47d32bd742c1b8

Had a very similar cupboard and used 'rolling caddies' so as to use the full depth of it, but had to be careful not to put heavy stuff in the front or the whole thing would tip out.

@Panicatthegarden
Be careful standing on the toilet lid. Ours got broken doing that and because it's an unusual shaped bowl a replacement seat cost £100 and that was 10+ years ago.

Oh that looks great thank you! Would fit all the bathroom cleaning supplies too 😊

Thanks for the heads up. Will invest in a little stool instead, it will probably come in handy for potty training in a few years too!
