So we're buying a house and I could really do with some help in working out what to do with this kitchen.
We have decided we do not want to spend the money to knock down the conservatory and build an extension so here are some thoughts we have considered:
Knock down dining room wall to make a longer open kitchen
Make the opening to the conservatory wider and remove doors (replace roof in conservatory with a tiled warmer roof)
Or make the opening to conservatory wider and replace doors with bifolds for light.
Doing the above how can we design the kitchen? I've tried putting kitchen down the dining room end but it leaves the other end quite bare (not sure it would fit a dining table with the utility and hallway door in the way)
Or kitchen units where they are currently with a peninsular coming off where the current wall to dining room is?
Ideally we want some form of seating in the kitchen whether that's at a breakfast bar or dining table.
