What documents are needed for Accord mortgage

Hi,

we are hoping to apply for a 95% LTV mortgage with accord. We have an AIP so far.

I won’t be starting by job until 20th April which our broker has said they will accept as it’s within 3 months of start date.

does anyone have any experience of what documents they will ask for since I will not have any payslips and no income will be on my bank statements?

I would think they would want to see a contract of employment with your salary and start date on? It might be best to ask your broker as they will know what documents are needed.

You can check on their website under packaging guide but a signed employment contract is usually sufficient, depending on your contract type also.

Thank you, I did have a look at it also says 3 months of payslips and 1 month bank statement to show last income in the same section as saying about a contract.

wondering if they will still want bank statements and payslips from previous jobs?

Have a 95% mortgage with Accord. Think it was payslips for three months, confirmation letter from my employer that I was employed on a permanent contract with start date. Then bank statements showing my salary going in and my regular outgoings.

They won't need your payslips from your previous role, but they will still request bank statements either way as proof of address and to potentially review spending habits (such as gambling etc). This is pretty standard, I work for a mortgage broker and we review docs in the same way lenders would, to pick up any potential issues the lenders may query so it can be addressed beforehand.
