New Kitchen, any ideas please?

Hi, I'm looking for some ideas from you fabulous ladles.
I want a new kitchen! Plan of ground floor is attached below.
My kitchen is quite small, I wanted to knock through to the 'study' but structural engineer said it can't be done, plus I was worried about smells and noise travelling up the stairs. This will now become a snug type room.
The WC has moved to the blue highlighted area. The WC room is now a storage/utility type room that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board, vacuum etc. There is no sink. It is useful, but small. It also accommodates the boiler, fuse box and utility meters which can't be moved. If I knocked through that way, a kitchen unit would need to built for the meters and boiler, taking up valuable space. A beam cupboard would need to be built for the fuse box. Plus I would lose the utility side of things, so my laundry appliances would be in the main kitchen. But, it would be bigger and brighter space.
What would you do?

Here are a few options. I'm not sure where your boiler is, I'm hoping it's on the outside wall and not near the lobby area. Also is the door into the kitchen your main front door? If so might be good to create more of an 'entrance'. You also had alot of doors going into the kitchen which creates awkward circulation so I would try and simplify this.

Firstly I would get rid of the lobby. I'm not sure what purpose it serves and it disconnects the kitchen from the dining room. Ideally you want better flow between the kitchen and dining area.

I have proposed getting rid of the lobby in all the options. Having double doors from the kitchen that match the dining room doors might also create a nice symmetry and views onto the garden perhaps?

Another thought is to swap the dining room and study area as it's better connected to the living room but I guess this depends on how you use the spaces.

This is what I came up with quickly so I hope it's of some help!

I would make the study the dining room. Make the dining room the snug. Keep the WC as a utility room. Seal the kitchen door to create more worktop space. It looks like you are proposing 2 sets of French doors so plenty of access already.

Thank you. The door into the kitchen is the back door. The front door is up near the blue highlighted area.

We definitely have too many doors in this house!! Double doors in the study and dining room leading to gardens. Back door in the kitchen.
