What kind of tradespeople do I need for these jobs around the house?

Have posted this on chat but it's been suggested to post here too.

Sorry if this is a ridiculous set of questions - my partner would usually have sorted all this out but we have split up and I need to get stuff sorted but don't know where to start!

I've got a list of jobs to get done but don't know who to call!

1 Last Christmas we had a leak under the bath, which we noticed as it ended up leaving a water mark on the ceiling below. The leak got sorted, but the water mark is still on the ceiling below. Do I just paint the ceiling, or do I need someone to check that there is no structural damage to the ceiling?

2 Similarly in my bedroom I have a water mark on the ceiling - can only imagine there is a leak from the roof but it's on the far side of the attic from where the ladder goes up and there is only a thin plank from one side of the attic to the other and I don't trust myself to not end up falling through the ceiling into the room below! Do I need a roofer to see if there is a tile missing etc?

3 My house is really cold, so I think I might need improved insulation - both in the attic and someone to check if I have insulation in the walls. Who do I call for this?

4 My garage door doesn't reach the floor, so it's really draughty and uninsulated in the garage, which I think is impacting the rooms above it as they are also very cold. I'm going to try and fashion some draught excluders as a temporary fix, but is there a longer term fix? A new garage door?!

Thank you and sorry for being so ignorant of house stuff!!

Paint the ceiling. It would have to be leaking for a fair while, rather than a one off, to do structural damage to joists.

A roofer can check to see if you have a slipped tile or something.

There are companies that do loft insulation, or you can nip to B&Q, buy some and roll it out in the loft yourself.
Walls I have no clue about but we had cavity wall insulation done in our last house (some government scheme iirc) and it caused damp.

garage draught excluders are a thing.

1- as the leak is sorted and only cosmetic damage left, you just need to paint over the stain with a stain blocking paint, you can get the at b&q. If you paint straight over with normal paint the stain will bleed through.

2/3- I would find a local reputable building contractor and they will likely have a roofer who can have a look and will also be able to install some extra loft insulation for you.

4- if you Google garage door draught excluder there are plenty of DIY options. A new door seems overkill and will be pricey. It may be worth roof insulation to help with the rooms above but do not go for spray insulation

Use stain stop like zinnser 123 before painting otherwise the stain will leak through.

You can insulate the garage roof between the joists and put up plasterboard if not already done.

P.s if you post your area you may get some recommendations for a local buikding contractor, or ask on your local Facebook page but go off recommendations from clients not the business advertising themselves

Get a good local builder. If they're half decent they can deal with all these issues for you. They're small jobs for a builder but since there's a few in one go, it should warrant them taking the job on.
