Same house sold every year?

Is this a massive red flag or could it be for different reasons? Small 2 bed terraced built in the 1990s, was sold every year in the early 2000s based on what I see on RM. Latest owner has been there (or maybe it was a let, not sure) for a few years now. I have noticed that similar properties within the same development were also sold every year in the 2000s. Why would this be?

Could be an ancient burial ground, yes. Like in poltergeist.

Would LOVE a link....

My immediate thought is that it's haunted but I've had two red wines as I am on annnual leave.

I've had three glasses and now I'm fixated!

We had an older property near us keep changing hands. Turned out there was a nasty damp problem which only emerged in wet weather. The house used to sell in the spring/early summer. Eventually someone did major renovations and the for sale boards stopped appearing

Are they very close to an over subscribed school? I wonder if people were moving there to get their kids into a 'desirable' school then moving to something nicer/bigger once their first child has a place but now many places no long prioritize siblings there is less demand to do this so they are no longer being used in this way.

Well obviously the whole estate is built on a massive pet cemetery, even though the UK doesn't actually have them...

Has it definitely been sold, or just listed?

Maybe the ancients had stacks of pet cemeteries and stopped them precisely because of this?
