Beading for tile skirting?

Our house has tile skirting in the hall, as in just a cut tile stood upright with the edge showing. Our 10 month old is starting to walk and I am worried she'll hurt herself if she lands on them. It would be a big job to rip them out right now (we're planning on going it in the next few years) so it's there any type of beading I can retrofit on top of the tile? Any ideas welcome!

You could just pul wooden quarter dowel on top? A pic of the tiles would be helpful?

There should be some sort of trim available that you could stick on top.

Plastic or wood L shaped (cross section) trim for example. It really depends how good you want it to look for the few years before you rip out the tiles.

Google ‘round edge tile trim’ and you should get lots of different options

Thanks all. The problem is the edging / beading I can find are all designed to go on before you tile the tiles into place. Here's a photo of what I mean. It's a floor tile they cut and stuck on the wall!

Don't see why that's a problem. You could use L shape to cover the sharp edge - if the glue is uneven you might need to rake/file some of it out.

If you wanted you could even stick skirting board in front of it. So long as the board came up over the sharp edge of the tile. You could fill the gap flat with sealant (or use a thin bit of wood to take up most of the space) and seal flat over the top, then paint.
