We just bought two pax wardrobes 201cm tall. They lean forward due to uneven floor. Our bathroom fitter put them together and mounted them to wall using the brackets provided by ikea. We want to put something underneath in the front so the wardrobes can stand upright but our man said (a) it will look ugly as whatever leveler underneath will look different from the wardrobe and (b) the wall mount is strong enough and the wardrobe is at no risk of falling.
We have always had wedges under our ikea furniture so find this good of thought a bit hard to understand. But he said its from experience.
Is it okay to use the wardrobe this way?
