Where to find the white seal gaskets for integrated appliances? The straight line, not the rectangle

I can find pretty much anywhere (amazon, espares, etc) the rectangular-shaped white gaskets that seal the door of an integrated fridge - e.g. like the one replaced in this video:

What I am after is the seal that goes not around the fridge, but inside the door of the piece of furniture holding the integrated appliance - i.e. the thingy in the red rectangle in this picture: https://imgur.com/a/36XDbDv

If the fridge door opens to the left, then this thingy will be on the right, in the furniture, like in the picture at that link.
That is a straight line, not the shape of a rectangle.

Any idea what that is called and where it can be found? I spent the last 40 minutes searching everywhere. Thank you!

Do you know what is the make and model of the fridge?

ParentOfOne · 25/08/2023 23:29

Yes. I know the make and model of the fridge, and I can find the rectangular seal that goes around it. But that's not what I need, I need the straight-line thingy in my picture (whatever it's called) - that does not come up when I enter the make and model of my fridge in those websites selling spares. In fact, the seal I'm after should be universal, I think.

I would start by looking for the parts diagram for the make and model of your fridge.
It may be easier to get and fit the OEM part.

@Dbank , I suppose I was unclear.

There are two white rubber seals:

  1. The rectangular-shaped one, which goes around the fridge door. I can easily find this if I enter the make and model (it's a NEFF, by the way) of my integrated fridge in a website like espares etc. This is like the one in the video above and is NOT what I need

  2. The one I need is the straight-line shaped one, that goes NOT around the fridge door, but in the corner of the piece of furniture holding the integrated fridge. This is the white strip in the imgur picture I posted above. I have spent hours searching online - I cannot find this thing anywhere. I do not eve know what it's called. It doesn't come up if I search for parts for my fridge.

I can't do a link on my phone but just Googled integrated fridge to housing seal and one came up on Ebay

Is it this

I don't know about this apart but I have found E Spares great for parts in the past

ParentOfOne · 27/08/2023 10:55

@PeonyBlushSuede Yes, I have used espares in the past, too, but, like I said, I cannot find this part anywhere, not even there. I have literally spent hours searching everywhere. It may well be that this part exists but has a specific name so every time I search for gasket seal etc, only the rectangular thingies, which I don''t need, come up. If so, if anyone knows the name, I'd be most grateful!

@Oldraver I googled "integrated fridge to housing seal" and I only get the rectangular thingies. No, it's not the one in the picture you posted. The same item, with the very same picture, is on Amazon, too; that is a supposedly universal seal that goes around the door, and which you buy and cut to size when you don't want to spend ££££ on the "original" rectangular part. The original part is a ripoff, you can get charged £100 for a few metres of rubber, but most reviews complain that the universal ones like this never work as well. Anyway, it's a moot point as that's not what I need

The technician came. Posting "for posterity" :)

He said the strip on the side, the part I was looking for, is only decorative and does nothing to actually seal the fridge.

My issue was not with the seal, but because the integrated fridge had not been installed properly. The installers should have put a bracket to secure it, they didn't, so the fridge occasionally tilts backwards, causing a poor seal. The guy put something at the back to tilt it more towards the right direction, and secured the fridge at the top, but didn't have a bracket for the bottom - that much I should be able to do myself.
