Tenting worry

I have been renting my property for a few years.
The owner lives abroad and in all the years I've never known him to come back.
Until nowBlush
He's visiting family (they are all local and do repairs etc on the house if rarely needed).
I rent through agents and always pay on time etc etc.
anyway, he's let the agents know he wants to see the house in a couple of weeks so now I'm spiralling into terror that he's thinking of selling or something.
Is this a good time to sell? I'm petrified of losing the home my kids and I live in. There's few properties here, I'm a non driver and I work locally.
Poor credit and no money so I can feel myself going into panic massively

We ended up renting out our old house because we moved abroad and we were planning on coming back but life took a different turn and we never did. I like to take a look every few years when I am in town, not because I am thinking of selling but just to make sure the property is being maintained properly. We have a management company but that’s different from seeing it with my own eyes. The house is a large asset for us and we are interested in making sure it stays in good shape. We’ve been upfront with tenants that we may sell the property when we retire but that won’t be for a decade or more.

I hope you're secretly my landlord Grin
I'm telling myself I could be given notice at any time anyway or that he could live locally and I wouldn't be panicking.
I can't change it but my nerves will be the death of me. Being a lone parent and keeping my family in a good place is hard
