Hi all. I am in the middle of buying and selling. Our seller sent us the boilers paperwork and it states that the expansion vessel needs replacing, which was dated September 2022. We asked the seller to have the issue fixed as it is an ongoing problem since last year but there was no response from them. I just wanted to know if they can sell their property with a faulty boiler? I have done a general check online to see the cost of replacing it mentions that it could cost around £300, does that sound right to anyone? The lack of communication about it, is just adding to the stress, it's very frustrating.
