Full disclosure etc I am selling at the moment but if I can't sell I need to think about what work would help/be essential. We've got units with a gloss wrap (from Benchmark or something like that 15 years ago) - you can literally lift it off like a lid in some places but in others eg kickboards you'd have to scrape it off somehow. So can we can that removed and re-painted? Also the laminate floor is blown and lifting (after a few leaks), walls are starting to yellow (just white paint) and it's just all looking a bit tired. Some grouting is damaged some is fine, work surface is ok too.

So am I looking at company to strip the doors, draw fronts, kickboards etc.? Do I need more than one trade or should I try to get someone to do it all? I can't imagine a DIY person or a builder wanting to remove gloss wrap but then surely a kitchen door refurb company won't want to paint and re-grout/lay floor etc?

Can you do the wrap removal yourself?
A good handy person could help with the rest, though you may need a fitter for the new flooring.
Photos would be helpful, might be better to sell it as is?

Go to benchmarx/howdens and buy new doors

Will be far easier than stripping laminate then painting.
and you could fit the doors yourself so no labour charge.

Paint the walls & fill in the grout yourself & replace the laminate with vinyl click instead which can withstand leaks. If you don’t want the expense of replacing the laminate, remove and put lino
