Buying a property with recent history of subsidence

Annoyingly late in the process, it's come to light that a property I'm buying had some cracking due to subsidence in 2019. A large tree was removed and the property was monitored for six months, then a certificate was issued to confirm that the property was considered stable and the issue resolved. I wouldn't be too concerned if this had happened 10 years ago, but it's a bit recent for my liking. I've read about heave - the opposite of subsidence - which can happen after trees are removed. I don't feel that enough time has elapsed to make sure that this doesn't happen. Am I being overly cautious, or would this send you running for the hills?

It should be fine now that the tree is gone.
