What information have you been asked for please

I've just spoke to a random landlord when I'm currently living (I'm moving away) and he said he asks for what their credit score is and everything!!

If I was renting a house out I'd make damn sure that my tenants were credit checked and wouldn't let it to anyone with a poor score.
