Cost of kitchen refurbishment

Outside London. Small kitchen, ie, equivalent of three double door floor units. Two double door wall units. Would supply my own appliances.

Middle range flooring and tiling.

Don’t want anything fancy. Kitchen simply needs a tidy up.

What would be a good ball park cost for ‘entry level’ standard?

If you're not changing the layout, then you can price up the units and doors yourself - B+Q and IKEA are probably the cheapest off the shelf (£100-150 per unit, more if you want a fancy mechanism). If you don't like their doors you can take the prices to another manufacturer and they will likely price match, within reason.

Worktops can cost as much or as little as you want.

You're best off deciding on what units/worktop/floor you want and then asking for fitting quotes, I think. Even though it's a tiny room I would guess at least 1-2k (probably closer to 2k). Everything is expensive at the moment!!

Just had a look. Think doable. Replace kitchen top, hopefully without damaging the tiles.
