Damp around waste water pipes in extension

Recently moved house and gradually noticing oddities / issues 🙄

There's an extension across the back of the house and one part of it is a utility room which backs onto the kitchen. In the extension, on what was the original outside wall, the waste water pipes go down into the ground. There is one coming through from the sink in the kitchen behind the wall, and one from the washing machine in the utility. The floor is very lumpy (concrete floor with lino on it). I pulled up the lino to see why it was so bumpy and discovered that there's a small access cover which has just had lino placed over the top.

Anyway, the underneath of the lino and the floor immediately around the pipes and side of the access cover feel slightly wet, but there's no obvious leak from the pipes above.

Asked a friend who does quite a bit of DIY but is not a professional what he thought and he said probably just condensation and it wouldn't bother him, but I'm still concerned about it.

Has anyone had anything like this? Or would you be concerned? I'm not sure who I'd need to come and check it out, a plumber?

Thanks!

It could well be a small leak in a broken pipe under the concrete. I'm not sure how you'd find out. Could also be condensation of course...

Probably condensation. You could use dyed water or pressure test to find out if you have a leak.
Personally I’d wait until June and check again.
