Cleaning limestone tiles

We've moved and our family bathroom has floor and wall tiles in limestone. I don't know much about caring for them and I'm worried about damaging them. Can I use normal cleaning products?

There is a bit of mould in the shower and I would like to get rid of that but don't want to damage the tiles in the process. And I vaguely remember hearing about having to reseal them every so often. The products I'm finding online don't seem to mention being suitable for limestone specifically.

Help!

I have an Indian sandstone floor which has only been mopped for the last 8 years and had got pretty filthy. I used this stuff from Homebase which says it is suitable for all types of natural stone. I let it soak in for about 10 mins then scrubbed. It was remarkably effective and lifted the dirt like a layer of mud. Needed several rinses to get rid of all the filth. I re-sealed it afterwards, but that’s quick and easy.

Do not use anything acidic (e.g. vinegar or standard bathroom cleaners) on limestone, or bleach.

There are several "caring for limestone tiles" pages online, every manufacturer of limestone cleaning products has one promoting their own products.
