I've got draughty floor level single glazed sash windows throughout my flat which only open on the bottom half.
The kitchen and bedroom have one window each, and there are two in the living room. French doors in the bathroom that I can't open at the minute and have a gap of about a mm in the middle of the two doors (unlikely to get sorted soon).
I'm going to get some of that secondary glazing film to try keep the draughts out a bit.
I'm trying to work out where I'm going to need to apply film and where I'm not -does it sound reasonable to do the bedroom and the front room windows?
I'll need to open windows to ventilate the kitchen/guess I should leave the gap in the bathroom doors for the same reasons? I don't have extractor fans for either.
Will it be OK to leave the bedroom and both front room windows sealed shut all winter?
My flat's got a history of black mould and I don't want to encourage it.
Thanks in advance!
