New bathroom cost

This could be a how long is a piece of string question but any answers welcome.
We are looking to have a new bathroom fitted. We had someone round to quote but he never got in touch (classic) so we really have no idea cost-wise what we’d be looking at.
We want a middle of the range (nothing fancy) bathroom - toilet, sink, shower over the bath. New extractor fan and flooring. We want to replace the tiles with panels instead. Does anyone have any idea how much this would cost with fitting roughly? We are based in the north west, a few miles outside of Manchester. Floor plan with measurements attached! Thanks

We’ve been quoted £10k with a bit of a remodel as well. Cumbira.

Ours is a bigger bathroom but we are pinching about 3 feet to make the 3rd bedroom into two. But currently our bathroom has two sinks, toilet, bidet and bath. So plenty of room.

but we should end up with a 4th bedroom 10x14ft and a new bathroom with a velux acting a light tunnel.

We are doing a cloakroom with similar size, no bath but some storage cabinets and space for washing machine. Will cost us around 9K in London.

We had our bathroom changed round and totally refitted for 7.5k

Whycanineverever · 23/10/2022 05:17

I just paid about 7.5k for similar size.

All tiles off (full walls and flooring) replastered with half tiles round bath. Some boxing in of pipes.

Outer London.

RhubarbAndMustard · 23/10/2022 06:28

Ours was 7-8k, very similar. We had panels round the bath, tiled one wall and new floor tiles.

Subbaxeo · 23/10/2022 08:46

We paid 9k-although wall hung loo and vanity, nice fittings and large tiles. We preferred tiles rather than panels after looking at both for aesthetic reasons. Labour was 4k including electrician.

McAvennie · 23/10/2022 08:53

We also paid 7.5k a few months ago for a 2x2m bathroom with a similar spec to yours.

SE England.

Separate bathroom and toilet, but similar size.

Mid range products.

£6k.

vickibee · 23/10/2022 08:55

I paid £9k but it had to be completely re plastered, this incl floor and tiles, South Yorkshire area. He did a fantastic job but it took ages as he was trying to jiggle a few jobs at once.

Stickstickstickstickstick · 23/10/2022 09:02

We paid £5k last year for a 2mx2m bathroom. New tiles on floor and walls, mid range bath, sink, shower fitting, toilet. Also NW.

Luana1 · 23/10/2022 11:50

We just paid around £8k including fitting for similar, we are in Greater London. We bought through Wickes and used their fitter. We were very pleased with whole process and result.

GCAcademic · 23/10/2022 11:56

Just paid £10k including fitting, electrics and tiling for similar size but with full tiling and replastering throughout. Decentish quality fittings (Kueco illuminated cabinets, Crosswater vanity unit, sink and taps, reinforced bath).
