How much should I worry about this, as it has just come back in our solicitor's searches (Beaconsfield)?
However, we have already had a full structural survey done, and they’ve not found much evidence of subsidence etc. The house is a 1930 house.
There are only minor hairline cracks and no major issues in the survey report.

This is the only red flag on the house, we are not sure how to gauge the impact of this:

  1. Please suggest any other related reports that can be done to investigate the issue.
  2. Any remedial work that can be done regarding this issue ?
  3. Is it worth going ahead with the property purchase with these ground stability issues?

Kindly share your thoughts/experiences.

Below is the information from Solicitor searches:

Natural Ground Stability Hazards
There are very significant soluble rocks in the area. Information provided by the BGS indicates there are places where the underlying ground may have disssolved and/or there is considerable recorded subsidence. There is a high potential of localised subsidence occurring naturally.
Ground cavities that have been created as a result of the presence of natural processes have been identified in the area.

Thanks in Advance

sounds like this is a boilerplate phrase that will apply to almost every house in Beaconsfield. it means you can't sue the surveyor if there is subsistence, but otherwise it seems OK.
