Sorry this will sound stupid but here goes. We have a Worcester combi boiler. Have just gotten a new thermostat installed. It is the Drayton digitstat with optional wireless control. It's a nightmare and house is always cold, it's never responding to the schedule I set. I'm about to take it back but wondered if there's any obvious things I'm missing. Also, I'm not sure what setting the boiler should be on - is the mechanical timer setting or just the 'on' setting? Does it make a difference? The water also doesn't feel as hot as usual. Is there a way to remedy this on the Worcester? Thank you!
