Water inlet/outlet

Hi. I was wondering does anyone have any experience of moving a water inlet/outlet to a place where there hasn't previously been one? Our rental kitchen is tiny and we can't fit our fridge/freezer in there. I'm thinking of ways to fit it in and I've come up with the idea of moving the washing machine to the under the stairs cupboard. There's plugs in there but no water inlet or outlet. The kitchen inlet/outlet is separate from under the stairs and you couldn't just extend the pipes as the back door is in the way ....

If anyone has done this before (or similar) how much did it cost roughly? Obviously I would get permission from the owner and have works done properly!

Usually you would run pipes under the floor. Not so much of an issue for the water supply, but the waste pipe has to be angled downwards a certain amount to make sure the water drains into the drain. Is it in an outside wall? Maybe the waste pipe could go outside?

Sorry. I didn't notice your reply! Thanks for replying! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't think I could run the water pipes under the floor as there's really old laminate down which wouldn't survive being taken up and relaid- parts of it are 'fluffy' along the edges where it's worn and I'm not sure that there are floorboards underneath- I think it's solid floor. I'd rather not have to pay for new flooring throughout the downstairs. 😂

I'm probably going to have to rethink again. Maybe build them into the bathroom upstairs as at least there's a mains and easy water outlet there. Would just need safety plugs fitting.... It's not my favourite option though....
