I wouldn’t want to go much above quoted price for either, but would risk a slightly lower offer (£580k, maybe) for the 2nd one. My place is slightly bigger than the 2nd one (with private garden too) and I wouldn’t expect much more than £550k, although I’m in south London and it’s a leasehold, so wouldn’t think the Zoopla one to go down anywhere near that!

What are you thinking? Too expensive?

LionessesRules · 08/09/2022 21:15

I'm ignoring the actual prices, as I'm in a totally different area pricewise.

Flat 1 is new on the market. You could try an offer, but it might not go down too well.

Flat 2 is much nicer, but equally more expensive. It's been reduced once. Worth a cheeky offer?

£340k

I think the second one is too pricey - the two properties to sale on that road were 425000 and 445000. But it is hard to say in this market.

£340k

Is that the first or second one.

I like flat 1 because it has its own private outdoor space so I'd offer the asking price.

Summerslam · 08/09/2022 21:24

Oops. I meant flat 2. I'd hate the communal garden of the other one.

LimboLass · 08/09/2022 21:27

Either
