I just came across this. I've told DH we need to buy it. I've always wanted a tower.

Looking on Rightmove at the location you can see it would have views across water from the tower and balconies.

That is so odd... Looks like a 1960s prefab from the front, then bizarre lakeside house at the back.

Looking at the aerial photo, it doesn't even look like that tower has nice views - it overlooks/is overlooked by blocks of flats (probably why the blinds are shut in the upstairs photos).

The aerial photo also makes it seem like the roof of the tower is a really odd shape that just screams eventual leaks to me! How bizarre!

It's not that house though - it's the one circled here. Back garden backs on to the corner of the road.

Well that's one house where I'm especially disappointed at the lack of a floorplan. I like how they've used the tower bit in the bedroom for the dressing table, but feel they could have done more with the living room one than just put the chair in - maybe a bar area?
