Cost of a kitchen?

I know this is a 'how long is a piece of string' but we're looking at replacing an old large but solid kitchen, no structural work but intergrated oven and fridge/freezer.

Has anyone done similar recently? Kitchen is about 33x12 but last 10/12ft is eating area.

Thank you.

Mine was 10k, my friends was 35k. Both similar size and house, both of us pleased 🤷‍♀️🤷🤷‍♂️

Thank you 😊 I know it's really open ended but I'm worried prices are rocketing.

Prices are going up, but hopefully wages will also.

You can get a decent kitchen from howdens for anywhere from 5k to 20k depending on appliances, design and worktop type.

You can spend alot on a wooden kitchen from about 15-50k, however it will last much longer, well practically for ever. Just the door will need sanding/re-spraying.

Our kitchen is 5m x 4m with a massive island. We got the kitchen from DIY Kitchens with was about 5.5k, quartz on top was 3.5k (but obviously there are cheaper options!) and the appliances from a local company for 3K (two ovens, induction hob, larder fridge, undercounter freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge) but could have been cheaper if shopped online or had different brands. You'll be able to find a solution to fit your budget.

Ours from DIY Kitchens was £8k. Solid wood bespoke painted. Quartz worktops were £3k. Kitchen was installed in November 2021.

Thank you - I'm thinking Quaker style with white quartz type work top at the moment.
