Painted wood kitchen - more of less beading, which to choose?

Toying between two Harvey Jones kitchens for the extension in our 1910s house. The house is fairly traditional (coloured glass in the windows and doors, timber double glazing) but the kitchen is an extension which is slightly more modern.

We are replacing the 20+ year old kitchen, and this is the first time I’ve ever chosen one. Everywhere else we’ve lived had had a perfectly serviceable kitchen already, and we’ve just lived with it quite happily. But after 12 years in our current house we’ve decided to finally have something of our own choosing!

We are going with a painted wood from Harvey Jones, and I’m trying to decide between two styles. One is their Shaker here and the other is their Original here. Not a huge difference between the two doors, one just has more beading. If I go with the Shaker, I can have curved end units, which I quite like. If I go with the Original, there is more beading which I think makes it look maybe more expensive, but would require more time spent cleaning.

Any preferences please? All opinions welcome.

I’d go for original. Have you looked at DIY kitchens Helmsley?

I have no confidence at all to go with diy kitchens, much as I see the appeal on price. I need someone to guide me through it all, so going with a local shop will be best for me!

The Original is a bit too wardrobey for me, I prefer the Shaker.
