Mid 40’s couple
£975k can stretch to 1.1 but it would really need to be wow
Always rented and chose location over property. We’ve lived in some right shit holes but didn’t care as the areas were just fantastic but thinking we now need to be more adult and less dossing students!
Min 2 bedrooms
Diverse area (Asian/African couple)
Not really bothered by outside space if there’s a park nearby
Max 15 minute walking distance to transport and supermarkets
Easy access to either Gatwick or Heathrow as one us travels a lot for work.

If the above described you, where would you choose to live?

Notting Hill.

Have a rummage around Notting Hill/Westbourne Grove/Bayswater.
Maida Vale's also lovely but not quite so lively.
Paddington station for Heathrow Express/Heathrow Connect.

Ah just noticed youdon't want Notting Hill.
This is a great road in Maida Vale. The flat needs work but it could be wonderful.
