How long do the estate agents typically spend at your home taking the photos??

Also I'm assuming they stage them to make the home more appealing??

Depends on the agent. In and out in ten minutes? They won’t stage them, usually.

Assuming you are in the UK?

About half an hour.

No, they do not stage your home, in any way shape or form!! It's up to you to make sure the house looks good for their visit.

10-15 mins for us, we made sure that the house was pristine, they just gave us enough time to move anything big like bins out of shots

Our photos and video took about 2 hours. 4 bed house. We got detailed advice from them beforehand about how to arrange things (declutter, declutter, declutter).

No, you do the staging. Photos take anything from 10 mins to half an hour.

Brilliant thankyou

My landlord is selling the house I'm renting.

You need to clear everything yourself and buy your own flowers and stunt pineapple.

They just take the photos, often badly.

I got a choice of the estate agent photos or professional ones. I used the agent and it maybe took about 15 mins. He would say "remove that towel" or something to make the photo look better.

My landlord is selling the house I'm renting.

You don't need to do anything then. Just put away anything that you don't want in the photos.

Often in this situation the landlord uses photos from when they were advertising the house for rent or will wait until the tenant has left.
