Can you sell house

Can I sell the house? Will it sell? Do you have to declare this?

Ah if only it was possible. Hand on heart I've never met anyone like these people in my life.
They have tried to get us in trouble with the police already when we've not done anything. They're still trying to get my child in trouble with the police (even though they've told them they're not interested in these videos)
They have got a noise recording device in already (my child is having behavioural problems which school are aware of) so it's all being recorded.
I got cameras because of what they've previously done to our property on more than one occasion. They take this to mean we're spying on them so they've now got cameras.presumably so they can spy on us back, in their head. (Yes I know they can't legally film our garden but I don't trust them one bit and they could still listen in to what we're saying in the garden for example)
So I don't dare do anything that would actually be purposefully bad

Much better to part exchange you house when buying a new build than stopping paying the mortgage.

There's no way I could afford a new build house mind
