Considering a house move and it'll have two showers.
The boiler is a combi boiler. Can they power both if on at the same time?

No, or definitely not adequately. The best you'll get from a good combi is about 12 litres of water per minute that's a pretty decent shower, but split in half it will be very disappointing. There are combis which have a small amount of stored hot water, so they can supply at a higher rate, at least for a few minutes until the store is used up. Is it possible that the house already has one of those?

I think it depends on the shower, yes 12 litres per minute would be a good shower, but if the boiler is producing 12 litres at 50-60c you'd actually get more like 20 litres at 35-40c.
Electric showers are pitiful and they are about 7-10kw, so look for a boiler that is at least 28kw.
Our boiler is 24kw and i would say it's ok in summer with 2 showers on, but in winter it struggles to get enough flow for both.

Sorry i meant to say it depends on the shower AND the boiler.
