Moving and getting a new kitchen, all new integrated appliances but want to keep my existing stainless steel. freestanding oven. However, it needs a very deep clean, inside and out! Suggestion for best products to use, please? Thanks!

Just book a professional clean. The cost of products plus your time make it an inefficient use of resources. I have the oven cleaner come every six months it's the best £60 I spend.

Just had my stove deep cleaned it cost nearly £200! And it took the guy 6 hours. The stove was awful - not my dirt, previous owner but I'm glad it wasn't me cleaning it!

The joys of living up North @Cluckingtell I suppose. Takes the bloke I use less than two hours for a double oven.

My double oven (which was embarrassingly dirty) is now as clean as new after a professional clean. A well spent £60.

After knowing what a professional clean can do I'm not even going to attempt it myself ever again.

35 quid for a single oven and hob were I am (NW)

I’m Central London but tempted to just pay the going rate - not sure I’ll do a good enough job for it to look good in a new kitchen!
