Hi..need to get my house looking more like a home !

I need a drill to mainly put shelves up and picture frames and stuff .
But the walls in this house are tough.
I think I know I need a combi ?
One that has the hammer drill included ?
But that is as far as my research went .
I want a drill that comes with all the different bits and attachments.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks.
Ohh budget under £100.
(100 is absolute max)

I am still here !
Such fantastic help .
My clock for over the fireplace has arrived !
(If anyone is interested I would love an option as Ds (17) is a bit too involved in gaming to really contribute !

New frames question ...
Do I measure the actual photo/certificate ...then add extra for the font ?

So eg ...certificate is A4 ..do I go for A3 frame ?.
So sorry ,but I am not able to get out to shops due to looking after my DM.

SORRY ,,what I am trying to ask is , when I order is the size advertised the font size or the frame size ?

(Would really love honest opinions on the clock if anyone wants ...compared to the other one I was toying with !)
