Any boiler or radiator experts?

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has had boilers or radiators replaced.
We've just moved in to a fifty year old house. It has old single leaf radiators and a conventional condensing boiler. We want to make the house more efficient with the current energy costs and just to make it more pleasant to live in!
We are planning a few changes but want to get them done in the right order so we don't have to redo things or compromise.
We are planning new windows to help with heating and a new bathroom but was wondering if updating the radiators would help and how big a job that is. They have fixed pipes coming from beneath floor boards. So I imagine resighting them would be a bit of effort? Would it cause a lot of disruption with need to redecorate after?
Also if changing the bathroom (and shower) was wondering if should look at a new boiler. We have lowish water pressure in the bathroom and want as strong a shower as possible - would a combination boiler be better? (I literally have no idea! Just used to a combination boiler before) I don't want to change boiler if not needed but equally if its worth doing probably best to do that first.
Any help/anecdotes gratefully recieved.

Forgot to add, also planning on redoing the kitchen which would involve moving radiators and the boiler is badly placed in the kitchen so a smaller boiler or moving the boiler would help with that.

Bumping for you OP as I’m also wondering this. Having property rewire first and wondering whether to look at heating and radiators before plastering everything up.
