2 bed mid-terrace - energy bill?

I know it's tricky to say but I wondered if anybody has any idea or "guess-timates" of what the energy bill would cost for a 2 bedroom new build mid-terrace home?

BF & I are about to move in, and we are trying to draft budget. It's the only bill we are struggling to find answers to, and all we hear of is the energy crisis yet no real indication of what we can expect to be paying.

I appreciate anything will be an estimate and we won't know until we're in.
Thank you in advance! X

1950s two bedroom terrace, neither the best nor the worst insulation wise. We currently pay £67 a month for gas and electricity combined. Just the two of us, we take relatively short showers and are careful about small things like turning lights off most of the time and only boiling the water we need in the kettle, put more clothes on before the heating etc but don’t live like paupers and aren’t especially frugal.

I live in a new-ish two bedroom semi-detached house. Gas and electricity combined are about £30 per month in the summer and £45-50 per month in the winter. That's with just one person though, so may be higher with two people living there.

Im in a 2 bed end terrace 1930's with insulation and we pay £61 a month. Never been more than £70 a month. I fixed in pre pay increase so not sure if it would be much more.

Christ. We pay £160 a month with British Gas. Constantly being careful with lights off etc.

Might be more useful sharing your consumption that 'how much £' wise.

This months' bill was actually £220 combined (for units used)

This prompted me to do my meter reading and im now £77 in debit 🙈 hopefully even out in summer months..

We are in a 90’s 2 bed end of terrace. Paying approx £90 a month for gas and electricity with bulb. Both WFH.

As utility prices are set to rise I’d budget at the higher end of the scale just in case!

What is the energy performance certificate (EPC) rating for the property?

2 bed house built in 1970s

We budget £45 a month for gas and another £45 for electricity.

We use a smart meter and input meter readings every week. We’re very very careful.

We both WFH & DC play Xbox / watch TV regularly so we aren’t living in a dark, cold silent house 😂 we are comfortable but careful!

Mid terrace, 2 beds- pay 120 pcm for dual fuel with So Energy. It was 80pcm but the energy price rise got us...

Two bed mid terrace, all electric. Mine is around £100 per month.

I live in a Victorian 2 bed mid-terrace with draughty floorboards and have been paying £60 pcm for gas and electricity year round. It’s just gone up to £75 pcm with the price rises. We do keep the temperature fairly low (18/18.5) but we aren’t frugal with electricity (tumble drier etc). South east.

I’d expect to pay significantly less in a modern house with good insulation.
