I think i have screwed up my flooring- too thick door wont open

So yesterday i put down engineered wood flooring in the living room but despite checking this with a sample i think that the flooring is too thick and the door wont be able to open or close. Ive done about 75% of the room now.

Is the only solution to get someone in to trim the door ??????

Very disappointed about this , as i thought i had checked this with s sample and everything was ok.

Well don't go into a hardware shop and ask for a planner! It's a plane!

It’s completely standard for carpet/LVT fitters to plane doors as part of the service they offer. Most of ours needed to be done after we bought better carpets and underlay and also had Amtico fitted. I think they charged £45/door (London borough). Well worth it for us.
